When authorship is questioned
A board worksheet for tracing a student’s path from disclosure to a disputed finding
Walk one assignment through the policy
A teacher questions an essay after seeing a detector score. The student offers planning notes and an early draft. Give a student representative and a staff member the same public handbook. Ask each to find the next step independently. Record where their paths differ.
