Public project summary

This study focuses on discovering novel stem cell and prostate cancer biomarkers located on the cell surface that researchers and clinicians can use as therapeutic targets. To achieve this, gene expression data from mouse microarray and human RNA-Seq sources were analyzed. Results from the data analysis were sorted to identify upregulated genes that may be associated with prostate cancer.
